Limited Lifetime Warranty (Policy)
Scope & Duration. Cool Bamboo Store provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original consumer purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for our bamboo bedding and pillows used in normal residential conditions. “Lifetime” refers to the reasonable service life of the product under normal use.
What’s Covered (examples)
- Fabric or seam defects originating from production.
 - Premature fabric faults not caused by misuse or inadequate care.
 - Zippers/snaps failing due to production defects.
 
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, pilling from friction, color changes from detergents or sunlight.
 - Damage caused by improper washing/drying, ironing, high heat, or harsh chemicals.
 - Stains, odors, mold/mildew from moisture or inadequate care.
 - Cuts, tears, pet damage, burns, or abuse.
 - Commercial/institutional use (hotels, healthcare, etc.) unless covered by a separate agreement.
 - Products without valid proof of purchase or purchased from unauthorized sellers/marketplaces.
 
Who Is Covered
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Remedies
At our discretion, we may (1) repair, (2) replace the item with the same or comparable model, or (3) issue store credit up to the original purchase price (excluding shipping/taxes). We do not provide consequential or incidental damages.
How to Keep Coverage Valid
- Follow care instructions on product labels and our care guides.
 - Do not modify products or use them in ways not intended.
 
Shipping Costs
For validated claims within [X] days of delivery, we cover reasonable shipping back to us (where required). After that window, the customer may be responsible for inbound shipping; we cover outbound shipping of any replacement.
