How to wash and care for your bamboo pillow

Step 1 — Remove the cover: Unzip the bamboo-derived rayon cover from the foam core. The cover and core are washed separately.

Step 2 — Machine-wash the cover: Cold water, gentle cycle, mild detergent without bleach or fabric softener. Both damage bamboo fiber over time.

Step 3 — Spot-clean the foam core:  Do not machine-wash or submerge the memory foam. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air-dry fully before reassembling — moisture trapped in the foam causes odor and structural breakdown.

Step 4 — Air-dry the cover: Tumble dry on low or air-dry flat. High heat degrades bamboo rayon fiber.

Step 5 — Reassemble and fluff: Reattach the cover, fluff the shredded fill by hand or run on no-heat tumble for 10 minutes to redistribute.
